1 General Provisions & Definitions

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") apply between the entity operating the jn99 platform and any person who uses this platform. jn99 provides an online gaming service for players in Bangladesh, including cricket betting, slot games, live casino, and other games.

• "Platform" refers to the jn99 website, mobile version, and all related services.
• "User" or "Player" refers to any registered account holder.
• "Account" refers to a personal gaming account registered on the jn99 platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total amount of funds deposited in an account.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and play on the jn99 platform, the user must be at least 21 years of age or older. Creating an account for minors is strictly prohibited. jn99 reserves the right to verify age at any time and may suspend an account until proper proof is provided.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one jn99 account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, they will be closed and the balances in those accounts may be forfeited.

2.3 Accurate Information at Registration

The user must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of account registration. Providing incorrect or false information may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds. If any information changes, the player must notify the support team immediately.

2.4 Account Security

It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password and login details completely confidential. Allowing a third party to use the account or transferring the account to another person is prohibited. If unauthorized access is suspected, jn99 must be notified immediately.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

3.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds into jn99: bKash, Nagad, Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Once a deposit is successfully completed, it is instantly credited to the balance.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within one hour. Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used to make the deposit.

Before a withdrawal, the player may be required to complete an identity verification process. jn99 may request additional documents if needed.

3.3 Transaction Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in any foreign currency are not supported.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

Newly registered members at jn99 will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,200 bonus → Total balance ৳2,200
• Deposit ৳18,000 → Bonus ৳10,000 (maximum limit) → Total balance ৳28,000

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing bonus funds, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not the combined total of deposit + bonus). Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = ৳12,000 in wagers must be completed before withdrawing bonus winnings.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each player may receive each bonus offer only once.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is prohibited.
• jn99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If a bonus expires, any unused bonus will be cancelled.
• If any fraudulent activity related to bonuses is detected, the account will be terminated.

5 VIP Program

The jn99 VIP program has four tiers, each offering weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback

You can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular gameplay and active engagement with the platform. VIP benefits apply only to active account holders. jn99 reserves the right to change the VIP program terms at any time.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jn99:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Engaging in fraudulent activity to claim bonuses or promotional offers.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund transfers.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through software or any other method.
• Operating an account under a false or anonymous identity.
• Harassing, insulting, or behaving inappropriately toward other users of the platform.
• Exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities in the platform.

If such activity is detected, jn99 may permanently close the account and forfeit the balance. Legal action may also be taken if necessary.

7 Gaming Policy & Fair Play
